OUR VISION
RISE UP Youth Empowerment Inc. is a non-profit organization founded in 2011 by Tracy L. Malbrough, to inspire teens to build positive self-esteem, develop leadership skills, commit to community service, promote academic excellence, through mentorships, interactive workshops and cultural experiences. We believe the success of a young woman is measured by the level of support around her. We strive to empower girls to love, honor and respect themselves, and make positive choices to help them transition into womanhood

OUR FOUNDER
Our Mission is to empower, inspire, and mentor teens to live a healthy, successful life . That will equip teen girls with tools and techniques to transition them into responsible adults.
Tracy L. Malbrough founded RISE UP Youth Empowerment Inc. In January 2011. Tracy has over ten years of experience working with teens and adults in the community, mental health and social services field. Tracy currently resides in Los Angeles CA, working full time as a Case Management Program Manager for homeless women in Downtown Los Angeles. Find out more about Tracy at http://vintageshe1.com
